Redtree Gallery retains a 40% commission and adds the required 7% sales tax for all gallery sales. All published and/or posted pricing of exhibited artwork will be determined directly from this entry form. Prices may not be changed during the coordination or the run of this exhibition.  Hand Delivered artwork and entry forms may be dropped off during business hours:  For art sold, a commission check will be issues on the 15th of the following month of the closing the art show.

Artists dropping artwork off will be notified of jury results by email (please make sure this is printed clearly on your form. If you do not have email we will call you) no later than five days before the start of the show. Hand delivered artwork not selected may be picked up the week of the show 7 am - 6 pm. 

Each work is insured to a reasonable amount while turned over to the care of Redtree. Artists are responsible for insuring work while in transit. Artists are also responsible for providing work that is sturdy and durable for necessary hanging purposes.

Redtree reserves the right to photograph works for publicity and record. Entering your art work in the competition shall indicate agreement with all of these terms and conditions.
