Creative Online Workshops

Join us for a 6 week creative online workshop from March 4 – April 15, 2012.

Cost: $89 USD (early bird special $75 USD if you sign up before February 15th). That’s less than $15 a week!

This online workshop takes you on a journey into the joy and empowerment of creativity for creativity’s sake, where you can reawaken and revel in the “unique you” you were created to be.

Week 1: Scribble Drawing
Week 2: Collage
Week 3: Process Painting
Week 4: Self-Portrait
Week 5: Free Writing
Week 6: Mandala Work

This course is meant to introduce you to creative processes to help loosen and release what may be holding you back. It is NOT about learning specific artistic skills (shading, perspective, etc).  It IS about learning to value your individual, unique, creative expression, and to allow you to engage in the restorative, healing potential of art. Art is a powerful tool that can help re-align beliefs and perceptions, not only about ourselves, but about others, and our places in the world.

Over the years, I have used all of the techniques we will explore in this class on my journey to personal freedom. These exercises have erased “should” and “shouldn’t” from my vocabulary and replaced them with “possible” and “why not?”  My hope is that by the end of this class, your perceptions will begin to shift, and that you will be launched into a new realm of “possibility” (And have some creative fun in the process!)
